The Collaltos carry on a family legacy as owners and tenants of 3200 acres of land north of Venice given to their family over one thousand years ago. Hills where neat rows of vines alternate with woodlands, with lush vegetation and vibrant color contrasts. Pastures, where horses, cattle and pigs are free to grow in harmony with nature.

Down on the plains, the golden yellow of summer corn fields flanks stretches of wheat, soya, barley and thriving poplar groves. The signs of history, culture and nature co-exist with farming practices that fully respect what is a centuries-long tradition passed down by the Collalto family. Environmental responsibility pervades the work carried out on the farm and takes shape in the use of renewable sources for the production of agri-energy.

And fresh from the fields and farms comes produce that is unique in its authenticity and traceability, such as meats, salamis, flours and cheeses. 160 acres of farmland are given over to vineyards for the production of Borgoluce wines and sparkling wines. The Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. region is home to the vineyards of Borgoluce's finest Prosecco. As with all their other farm products, the Collalto family strives to produce the finest Prosecco made in Italy.
